How To Measure Your Body?
Take your measurements
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.
1. BUST
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
3. HIP
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).
4. INSEAM
This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.

I love this! It does exactly as advertised and is super comfortable, I could wear this all day. There was a dress I found at the store and I wanted to buy it so badly, but it didn’t look flattering at all on my figure. I went on amazon and bought this body shaper and now I can finally own the dress I loved so much. It smooths out any bulges, and brings my waist in nicely. I love trying on clothes again! The only thing is that it does roll down a little in the back. That is just my body type though. If your back isn’t flat and you have some rolls it most likely will roll down, but it is minimal, and I honestly don’t even notice it throughout the day.
I was excited to receive these, but I honestly thought my thighs would be too big for them but to my surprise they fit comfortably. They are supportive and didn’t ripped and I pulled them on. The material is nice and thick. I can we eat them comfortably during my workouts. And it does roll or anything. I’m glad I got this item.
I finally got into wearing them. I wear them to work and it's comfy. It was a bit tight, but I bought it that way coz I'm in the process of weight loss and it's definitely helping to keep all my guts in. I will be purchasing more when I lose more weight. I love it!
I love that this waist trainer has the legs and the clipped belly. I love that these legs are a little longer than other similar products and they don’t ride up. It really slims you down and doesn’t slip.
