It’s super stretchy! I bought it in a size large and it fit snug enough to wear all day and even workout. Size is accurate. I’m gonna try it out for a week see how it goes and I will update. But the material is great quality and it’s heavy/thick yet light wear. It really does squeeze your body in it lol
The first time I ordered an extra size because I read the comments, it was a little too big for me so I changed it, let me tell you something about this product: is the best waist trainer slim I have ever gotten before, I have used sports latex girdles, waist adjusters and I have not liked it as much as this one, it is very easy to put it on, it slides on your skin and adjusts easily, perfect to wear under other clothes, it adjusts your body and forces you to have a proper posture and maintains your abdomen flat, the fabric smells of new material, it is something that I see as normal, I am going to try it doing cardio and tell you guys how it goes, but I have a good feeling about this product, the good quality fabric surprised me!
Very well made and sturdy and comfortable. I just suggest to get a size down if you are looking for more compression as it does have a bit of stretch to it due to the nature of the product. All in all it enjoy it and wear it daily. The arm compression works well and is also super comfy
