Take your measurements
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.
1. BUST
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
3. HIP
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).
4. INSEAM
This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.

I am so pleased with this product. I have ordered multiple other garments from different vendors other than this and had to return them because they were so uncomfortable and did not fit properly. This product fits amazing I don't even realize if it's even on, but it completely slows out my abdomen perfectly. there is plenty of room to adjust the straps which the other brands didn't have, the crotch is wide enough that it covers me, the others tended to cut up inside you, and I like the cotton liner that it has, the other ones did not have that. I love the metal supports vertically in the bodice so it doesn't roll if I choose to wear it without the straps. You can take the straps off and crisscross them for a racerback look. Or you can wear them traditional or as I said previously remove them all together. I like the song as it doesn't show a panty line with tight dresses. It smooths you out without feeling uncomfortable. It actually gives me energy and makes me feel great about myself. Would highly recommend. After I tried out the first one I ordered two more in different colors because I liked it so well. And the nicest thing is it's about half the price of some and definitely lower priced than others.
I previously purchased the other shapewear from them and they were absolutely amazing! So I decided to purchase this one and wow I love this one as well!! No panty line because it is thong shaped. Also, I love the idea about the hook on the bottom so I can unhook it whenever I need to use the bathroom without having to take off the whole thing. The two products I ordered from them with my OWN money has been amazing and makes me want to get all of their other shapewears. I love it !
I was very impressed with the thick fabric & snug fit. It definitely did its job holding my postpartum belly in & being unnoticeable. I was able to wear it all day at work & not have that "need to take it off soon as I get home" feeling lol
I purchased this product as I needed a lift. It worked perfectly. The first photo is without it and the second photo is with it. It was comfortable too.
