How To Measure Your Body?
Take your measurements
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.
1. BUST
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
3. HIP
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).
4. INSEAM
This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.

This product has a really great fit. It’s definitely a bit snug if you follow the size chart, but I felt like it held me in and was secured in place. I wore it for a day of running errands followed by a brief workout and it felt great on the whole time. Definitely felt like it help me sweat a little more in my tummy area- which is great and what I wanted it for. Washed well. I just made sure the Velcro was secured before tossing it in on gentle cycle. Seriously recommend for those looking for a little extra help in whittling their waists.
This shapewear was perfect for my 6-7 days a week workouts. The fit was true to size on my 5�? 140 athletic build. Can be worn by itself or with pants over it. Sturdy material allows a lot of mobility unlike a lot of shape wear. This product really gets you to sweat. I will purchase again when the time comes it’s the best I’ve found by far.
I really like the added Velcro panel across the top. Word of warning- the Velcro is VERY strong, so it may take some getting used to in order to get the placement right. Also, be sure to Velcro it when you wash it so that it doesn’t stick to other clothes.
I wear a size 8 and the medium fit me perfectly. I love how it makes you sweat in a workout too!!! Overall, great product
Ok everything everyone else has already said YES they feel like wet suit material
YES they work immediately. Just from trying them on they're already having my legs sweat.
YES the band stays in place and doesn't roll down. If you're a person that likes your belly bands tight then you may need some assistance to pull it tighter .
YES they do have a little noise to them but it's not like 90s windsuit noise so headphones on you'll be fine I'm sure nobody will even notice.
I'm combining these with hot creme and cant wait to come back to update how they hold up after a few uses. For size reference I'm 5'3 180lbs. I'm not hippy at all most of my weight is in my boobs and belly area but these fit like a charm and are comfortable. I'll upload more photos from a front view as well.
I called this my 2 in 1 gym pant. I love the fact that it's pretty snuggly and also the tummy control aspect of it. I used it for my abs workout and I was feeling the burning sensation in my tummy and the fact that I sweat a lot in that area. It's very true to size for me. My waist measures 29in and hips 40 and the small size fits me perfect well. I just wish I could tighten the tummy control flap a little more on my own. I had to get my spouse to assist with that but overall, it does the job very well.
