For a good size reference: I am 190-195 lbs, 5'7'' and I have a little tummy pooch that is super annoying. I’m usually a M/L (size 12) in clothing, the shorts I’m wearing in the photo are from Target and are a size M.
I bought this shareware in a size L and it fit me perfectly. I literally just got this in the mail today and came back here and ordered 2 more pairs. It TOTALLY got rid of my little pooch, is super comfortable, and did not cut into my legs or butt.
I do have a longer torso, so this cuts me right below my natural waist (about where the shorts hit me in the photo), it does not go up to my bra line, so if you have a shorter torso it would probably hit you right at the bra line.
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I don't feel the panties did anything for my butt, but they do smooth my stomach which is what I wanted them for anyway. They're also comfortable which is a plus!
