This product is great!! It is as comfortable as you can imagine a waist trainer can be. I used to be fairly small before my pregnancy. I am trying to help my post baby body take a closer shape to my previous one and i can see this waist trainer being my best friend through out this new journey i am on. This waist trainer comes with three lines of hooks and i fit in the biggest row and i will know if i have progress once i can adjust to the middle row and then the tightest row. Thats the most exciting and important part to me!! I measure 32 waist and ordered a large and it fit well. This also disguises well under clothes as you can see the only problem is the straps show but i wouldn't wear it out without sleeves.

Works great and is very comfortable! I am 5�?, a size 8-10 in jeans, and a small to medium top, so I bought a medium. I was afraid it would be too tight, but I have to wear it on the tightest setting, and I could have easily fit a small on my waist, but it would have been more difficult to get over my butt. This isn’t too restricting and is surprisingly comfortable compared to the store bought corsets I have, and gives me a smoother result in the lower tummy! I will probably buy the thonged version now. Posted a picture to give a visual of my size to help others decide what to get (ignore boxes, still moving in).
I’m 5�?.5�? 160 lbs., and I was just able to squeeze into a medium. I really like the fact that this is adjustable and that it has hook and eye closures at the waist and the crotch areas. This design keeps the waist cincher from rolling up when you sit, and it allows you to cinch your waistline even more than similar products. I just wore it all afternoon at lunch and a play today, and while I was happy to take it off when I did, it was comfortable enough that I could spend most of the day in it. It definitely had a slimming effect that was very flattering, and I’m very happy with the product.
Mercy🤪!!! I don't even know how I got all of my thickness aka fat into this tiny cincher hea😪...baby I fought through the blackouts and all bc I HAD to see if this lil thang would do any justice for the dress I had brought for my bday. It most definitely works but unfortunately I was sent the WRONG size (which explained the struggle 🥴) I ordered a XL but was sent a medium (as pictured) hopefully I'll have better luck with the replacement. I'm 5'8 and roughly 230lbs. The red shirt is without the cincher!
