My hip dips were very noticeable in this dress so I purchased garment hoping it would help. It definitely did! I was in shock. It even gave me a little booty (I'm pretty flat) and I felt confident. I wore a low compression garment over this padded one for extra security. It gave me an hourglass shape and I felt great. I say you try it. It's worth the price. I was just nervous that someone would touch my thigh and feel the pad ??

Love it! Great investment piece. I bought it to fill out bridesmaid dress, that took away my curves since I have hip dips. I'm 5"2 and weight 122 and ordered a small. Just keep in mind it hold in you belly to better insinuate your figure. My posture during the ceremony was on point since I had no choice. Booty pads are included and removable.
This gave me the curves I always wanted but could never achieve! It isn't too much and you can't tell that it is padding! 😍. Love this product.
I love the fabric of this shape wear. It is breathable but definitely firm enough to do it’s job. Runs a little small, I ordered one size up. With a couple lunges it fits perfectly. The only critique I have is I wish the butt pads sat a little higher for a perky butt look. But it is very natural looking and smooth.
