How To Measure Your Body?
Take your measurements
To find your correct size, use a tape measure and take these measurements. Stand with your back straight in front of a mirror, to make sure that you measure correctly and that the tape measure is kept level.
1. BUST
Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
3. HIP
The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).
4. INSEAM
This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin, when you stand with your legs straight. If possible, ask a friend to help you. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.

This product is great! I bought it because I was looking for a suitable everyday wear waist trainer and this is definitely it!
I got a small (I had got a medium from this company before and it always turned out a little big) and it fits wonderfully! Despite the hurdle of getting it above my thighs that is.
It's very comfortable and breathable (if a little warm at times) and I feel comfortable wearing it out or just around the house. The spines that are in the waist area are a little pokey even if you sit up straight so I'd watch out for those. Obviously don't sleep in it, I took a nap and the spines were forcing me to lay straight and it wasn't very pleasant. It stays up really well, doesn't fall down or slip down as you wear it (I do adjust it rather often though but that's a personal preference).
Overall this is a really comfortable product! I thought that the clasps being in the crotch area was going to be rather uncomfortable but to my surprise you could barely feel it (again, you definitely feel it if you fall asleep in it).
10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking for a waist trainer.

Works great! I’m 5'2'', 137lbs and bought the M/L size. The product arrived quickly and fits well. If you’re wearing a bodycon dress or something super tight, you’ll probably be able to see the panty line of the shaper but in jeans you cannot even tell it’s there. The ''down stairs''area is a little uncomfortable but not to the point where I couldn’t wear this all day long. It doesn’t constrict breathing and the material is not itchy. It also does not roll down which is one of the main things I look for when purchasing a product like this. If you’re looking for something to shape your back end this may not be the product for you, but if you need to tuck your tummy this product is AWESOME.
